Corrugated Plate Interceptor

CPI (Corrugated Plate Interceptor) is a physical treatment device specifically designed for oil-water separation. It is commonly used in the treatment process of oily wastewater (such as industrial wastewater from petrochemical, food processing, mechanical processing, etc.). The CPI system can achieve extremely small separation particle sizes because it eliminates interfering factors such as eddies and turbulence that exist in traditional large separation tanks (such as API oil separators). Gravity separation is the most direct method of wastewater treatment and is therefore widely used in industry to separate settleable and/or floatable impurities from carrier liquids. The separation surface area can be expanded by stacking multiple layers of small flat structures in the separation tank. If these planes are arranged at a certain angle, the trapped separated materials can be discharged by gravity - this is the design principle of the CPI corrugated plate group.
